50/5 Stars!! I cannot speak highly Enough about Rob and Benjamin Franklin plumbing!! I tackled a plumbing project that wound up being beyond my scope. It was supposed to be a simple shower cartridge replacement. It quickly turned into an absolute disaster. I was unable to source the right parts, then unable to re-install the corroded ones (as a temporary solution). My water wouldn’t turn off, so I had to cut my main breaker off (the well pump is tied to the main)…so no water and no electricity at 9pm on a Friday night. I called EIGHT DIFFERENT COMPANIES, all of them advertised “We Accept calls for Urgent Services!” Every one of them answered their phone, kept me on the line for nearly 5 minutes each, and then told me that they couldn’t get a technician out until the Saturday evening!!! …All of them except Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! The tech called me back promptly and listened carefully to my situation. I sent him photos of the valves and parts. He responded instantly and told me that he is familiar with the part, but did not have it on his truck. He called back to work to find someone who had it. He could have shown up and charged me, but instead he saved me a $250 Emergency Call Fee, right upfront. The owner then called me and told me that they were going to do everything in their power to source the part Quickly. This morning a plumber arrived, popped in the correct part, AND installed my new shower handle-which took some craftiness on his end because the stub out was 1/4” too long…which is something I wouldn’t have noticed until after he left. Rob was only called to replace a part, so he didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did & his work is high quality and his attention to detail is unparalleled. As a disabled veteran and plumber in the military it hurt my ego to call for help, but these people really saved my butt! Incredible service and value. This entire company, from the people who answer the phones all the way up to the owner are consummate professionals. They are HONEST, Reliable, knowledgeable, highly competent, polite, and very fairly priced. I will recommend them to everyone I meet and I’ll be happy to call them in the future. Humbly.

Called Benjamin Franklin plumbing today cause I needed a new water line for my new fridge. They came out today and sent Chris, I was shocked they came so fast. Chris was very professional from start to finish, we knew we needed work under the sink too cause the sellers left us with a ton of horrible surprises with shotty work done by some DIYer. Chris explained everything patiently to us and did an amazing job on everything. He left us with a good peace of mind. We need future work and we want Chris to come back! Benjamin Franklin plumbing were professional from the call to the plumber 100 %. We couldn't be happier with the work and the price. We want Chris back for more work next month. If you're looking for a professional company to take care of your plumbing needs, you can't go wrong with these folks. Chris to us is TOP NOTCH in his profession. Lonnie did an outstanding job cleaning my water heater and letting me know I needed to replace my Expansion Tank which he did. He is very nice and explains what he had to do to make sure my water heater was being taken care of. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problem that needs attention. I give him a 10 out of 10. Chris and Aj did a great job!!! They explained everything clearly. The quality of work was top notch. When I originally called I was met with professionalism and they answered all my questions. Although It was not an emergency they responded within an hour fully equipped and ready to change out my water heater. Chris and Aj spoke highly about the company and their boss. I would recommend this company hands down due to my experience.

Tyler was our technician and we have a new go to for our plumbing needs. They were prompt in sending a technician for our repair. We received a photo of Tyler prior to his arrival. Tyler was very knowledgeable, prompt and very personable. He gave options for our repairs. He had the parts to make the repairs. He went to work and got our repairs completed. He cleaned through the entire process and no mess was left behind. We are happy with the results and will definitely call again when needed.
